BOOKING TERMS FOR INTRODUCTORY CLASSES
Accepted Payment Methods
1) Online Bank Transfer
2) Credit Card / Debit Card (Service Charge applicable)
Payment info is sent via email automatically upon completion of checkout.
Transaction currency is TTD - Trinidad & Tobago Dollars
Payment Timeframe
Payments must be made immediately upon completion of order.
Complete checkout and payment at least two business days before the next class.
Pre-requisite Parent Orientation
Before attending your first class, you're required to attend the Parent Orientation session (live/pre-recorded) and give feedback no later than one business day prior.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is only secured after receiving feedback on the Parent Orientation.
You will receive an appointment email and WhatsApp confirmation or phone call.
If your chosen session date is full, you’ll be assigned the next available spot or waitlisted.
Option to upgrade to Semester with full fees rolling in within 7 days of last scheduled session.
Refund Policy
Introductory Packages are booked for specific dates and are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
ONE reschedule* is allowed if:
1) Day-before notice is given by 5:00pm
2) Same-day notice for illness/emergencies only
*Reschedules are subject to availability. If the class is full, you will be waitlisted and a credit will be applied for future use.
