All refunds and credits are subject to a 20% restocking/admin fee.

Classes: Our two Semesters run September to January and February to June. We also offer Vacation classes for Easter and in July-August.

Each Semester includes required Parent Education session, Feedback sessions and Celebration. Classes are usually held once a week with breaks for school and holiday periods. Alabanza Music reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In cases of inclement weather or other emergency situations, please look for WhatsApp, text or email from your teacher.

Children attending Music classes purchase/use their own personal set of required instruments on enrolment. All classes besides Family Music classes have the option to use/rent class instruments.
Delivery: Sessions are offered primarily in-person. Online sessions will only be facilitated for certain classes.

Attendance: All parents/caregivers are required to attend a Parent Orientation and Education session once per Semester.

For classes, we encourage you to be on time.  Being present during the first activity or "greeting" affirms your child as a person.

If you know that you'll be missing a class, we ask that you notify us as some activities we plan require full class participation. You may request one virtual participation online for the Semester the day prior and we will confirm if we could accommodate you.
While fees for missed classes will not be refunded; you may request to attend one make-up class for the same Semester (a same-age class on another day or location) if available,  two (2) days beforehand and we will confirm if we could accommodate you.
