BOOKING TERMS FOR INTRODUCTORY CLASSES
Accepted Payment Methods
1) Online Bank Transfer
2) Credit Card / Debit Card (Service Charge applicable)
Payment info is sent via email automatically upon completion of checkout.
Transaction currency is TTD - Trinidad & Tobago Dollars
Payment Timeframe
Payments must be made immediately upon completion of order.
Complete checkout and payment at least two business days before the next class.
Refund Policy
Introductory Pkg Bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
One reschedule per Semester is allowed (subject to availability) if:
1) Day-before notice is given by 5:00pm
2) Same-day notice for illness/emergencies only
Pre-requisite Parent Orientation
Before attending your first class, you're required to attend the Parent Orientation session (live/pre-recorded) and give feedback no later than one business day prior.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is only secured after receiving feedback on the Parent Orientation.
You will receive an appointment email and WhatsApp confirmation or phone call.
If your chosen session date is full, you’ll be assigned the next available spot or waitlisted.
Option to upgrade to Semester with full fees rolling in within 7 days of last scheduled session.
Empower your child to become truly versatile at the piano and beyond and give your child a solid foundation in musicianship as they play songs by ear as well as by reading notation in different keys while fine tuning the singing voice, sight-singing, dancing, composing, improvising, drumming, play musical games; much more than you'd ever do in a traditional music class.
