BOOKING TERMS FOR INTRODUCTORY CLASSES
Refund Policy
100% Value Back Guarantee: The $195 administrative fee portion of the package is non-refundable but If after attending the first session, you feel we haven't provided the value you expected, you can request a refund for the class sessions portion of your package. This guarantee ensures your satisfaction with your initial experience.
Cancellation or Absence: Once enrolled, all fees are non-refundable for cancellations or individual class absences.
Flexibility Option: Can't make a class in person? No problem! Your child can always join us online instead to keep learning without interruption. Can't make it online? Let us know the day prior to class by 4:00pm and we'll have the session recorded for your convenience.
Alabanza Music Cancellation: In the rare event Alabanza Music cancels a class or program, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.

Pre-requisite Parent Orientation
Before attending your first class, you're required to attend the Parent Orientation session (live/pre-recorded) and give feedback no later than one business day prior.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is only secured after receiving feedback on the Parent Orientation.
You will receive an appointment email and WhatsApp confirmation or phone call.
If your chosen session date is full, you’ll be assigned the next available spot or waitlisted.
