Imagine your students,
five years from now.

Imagine them walking into primary school already moving comfortably between languages, because their brains learned to flex that way before age five, not after.

Imagine a classroom where transitions don't dissolve into chaos, because these children built focus and self-regulation through structured musical play, not just being told to "sit still."

Imagine the parents who chose your school specifically because they saw, with their own eyes, what children in this programme could do that others couldn't.

Imagine being the school other directors quietly ask, "what are you doing differently?"

This isn't hypothetical. It's what a research-based, movement-infused, multilingual musical play system produces.

How Music, Movement and Multilingualism rewires your child's brain

This combination — internationally validated curriculum, movement-based learning, and true multilingual immersion — is not available anywhere else in Trinidad & Tobago or across the Caribbean. This is what makes Alabanza Music a genuinely unique offering for your school.

Only Licensed Provider in the Caribbean

Alabanza Music is the only licensed provider of Musikgarten®, the world's leading early childhood music and movement curriculum, in the Caribbean.

Board-Certified Specialist

Led by Trinidad & Tobago's only board-certified ECMMA (Early Childhood Music & Movement Association) specialist.

Endorsed at DCFA, U.W.I.

Endorsed by the Music Education Department at the Department of Creative and Festival Arts (DCFA), The University of the West Indies (U.W.I.)

Multicultural and Multilingual

Here is where the real cultural transformation begins. Languages woven into every session include German, French, Spanish, Hindi, Patwa, Swahili, Mandarin, and so much more. Set to the sounds of Calypso, Soca, Rapso, Parang, Chutney, Folk, and Indigenous Music from right here in the Caribbean and beyond.

This is the difference between an occasional activity and a measurable developmental advantage.

What this means for your school

Three things administrators tell us they notice — and that parents talk about.

Parents talk about it

Within the first term, parents begin reporting changes at home — in how their child communicates, handles frustration, and carries themselves. That word-of-mouth is what fills your intake lists.

Children are visibly different

Not better behaved because someone told them to be. More focused, more expressive, more confident — because their brains were trained that way through structured, sequenced musical play.

Your school stands out

The only school in Trinidad & Tobago offering a fully certified, board-delivered Musikgarten® programme. That is a distinction no other school on your street — or in your district — can claim.

Why digital audio materials matter

Waiting a full week to reinforce a song or movement slows development. With digital audio materials, families have an intentional, built-in alternative to passive screen time, they can sing and move alongside their child anytime, fast-tracking the very development this programme is built to support, even on days they're not physically with them.

After One Full Year

Official Musikgarten® Certificate of Completion

Children who complete a full year in the programme, with digital audio materials access maintained each term, receive an official Musikgarten® Certificate of Completion, recognising real, internationally benchmarked progress.

It's something your school can point to that goes well beyond a participation certificate. Ask us about it during your demo class.

In Their Words

What parents and schools are saying

"What we saw. She's advanced way beyond her age."

- Ronald, father of a child in the programme

"Our children love music class, you can see it on their faces every week. Almost every single time there's a session, a parent mentions their child came home with a brand-new word from a different language, or singing songs from their childhood."

- H. O'Garrow, Island Kids Learning Centre Ltd.

Lisa D de Quinones, Founder, Alabanza Music

"I've spent over two decades watching well-meaning musicians get handed three-year-olds with no training in how young children actually learn. It's not their fault, it's a gap in how early-years music is usually delivered. Alabanza Music exists to close that gap, with the credentials to back it: the only licensed Musikgarten® provider in the Caribbean, board-certified, endorsed at DCFA, U.W.I. Your children, and your parents, deserve to know the difference."

Before You Get Started

Common questions

Isn't this basically the same as bringing in a visiting performer?
No, and that's the point. A visiting performance is an experience; it ends when the performer leaves. Our programme is a structured, weekly curriculum led by a board-certified specialist, built on a research-backed Musikgarten® methodology, with flagship classes hosted at DCFA, U.W.I. Your children build real musicianship, language, and focus over a full term, not a memory of one afternoon.
What are the goals of the programme?
To build focus, memory, language, and coordination in the early years through joyful, research-backed multilingual music and movement, a measurable developmental head start, not just an activity.
Why combine music and multilingualism?
Music and language processing share overlapping pathways in the brain. Strengthening one accelerates the other, supporting faster language acquisition for typically developing children, and opening new ways to communicate for neurodiverse learners.
What does a class actually look like?
Each 45-minute session follows a structured arc: a greeting song, instrument exploration, fingerplays and body awareness activities, movement and dance, multilingual songs, and a closing routine, consistent enough for children to feel secure, varied enough to stay engaging.
Should this be extra-curricular, co-curricular, or core curricular?
We recommend co-curricular, built directly into your existing school day. Every enrolled child benefits automatically, with no extra logistics or opt-in burden falling on parents.
What does this cost my school, and who collects payment?
Alabanza Music invoices your school directly, per child, per term. Full investment details, including any add-ons, are shared during your free demo class and available to enrolled school administrators.
