Each semester is named after a heritage that is uniquely Trinbagonian — because our culture is too rich to leave out of your child’s education. Each semester includes breaks for public holidays and professional development.
Step 2 — Membership tiers
Standard membership is where the journey begins. Premium is what it becomes.
Premium isn’t a different programme — it’s the same transformative experience, earned through consistency. Families who stay for two or more years unlock a tier built around one thing: removing every barrier that could interrupt your child’s progress.
This is where yours begins.

The same Musikgarten® curriculum, the same specialist. No studio required. Choose live real-time sessions or on-demand flexibility — or both.
Joining from outside Trinidad & Tobago?
Both memberships are available internationally, billed in USD. The same curriculum, the same kit shipped to your door. Caribbean diaspora families — you are home here.
Iere Semester — Two segments
Only families who complete the full Musikgarten® year — September through June — are eligible for Graduation and the Certificate of Completion.
Fees below apply per segment. Families joining both MAJU and JAVA are billed one materials fee only.
Strategic families plan for the full year. Completing Parrandero, Calypso and Iere MAJU (September – June) puts your child at the threshold of the Musikgarten® Certificate of Completion — the most powerful recognition of your family's commitment to your child's development.
Class materials
Carefully designed developmental tools that extend the curriculum into your daily family life — reinforcing what your child experiences in class every week.
Hybrid flexibility
All members access live online sessions when in-person isn’t possible — travel, illness, distance. Your momentum never has to stop. Pre-recorded session access is reserved for Premium members, with exceptions available for families travelling abroad or in special circumstances.

Apply for Ramajay →Common questions
Do I need to do an intro session before joining?
Yes — the Oye (free online) or Ramajay (TT$400 in-person) intro experience is the only pathway into membership. It ensures we find the right stage and programme for your child before committing to a full semester.
What is the difference between MAJU and JAVA?
MAJU (May 1–Jun 18) and JAVA (Jul 3–Aug 14) are the two segments of the Iere Semester. Families can join for MAJU only, JAVA only, or secure both together. MAJU families who do not book JAVA in advance may lose their spot as new families can join at that stage.
What does the Ramajay credit mean?
The TT$400 you invest in the Ramajay intro experience counts as your one-time MusicVersity Placement Fee in full. When you join as a Standard member, your family’s place is secured with nothing extra to pay. Families who join without completing Ramajay pay the TT$400 Placement Fee at the point of membership. Either way, you pay it once — and never again.
How does registration work?
Registration opens to current members first. Once member spaces are confirmed, remaining spots open to new families by waitlist. Spaces are intentionally limited — if you are ready to join, do not wait.
What payment options are available?
Standard membership is TT$2,500 per semester — tuition and full materials kit included. Two ways to pay: in full at registration (TT$2,500), or split — TT$1,500 at registration and TT$1,100 at semester midpoint. New families also pay a one-time MusicVersity Placement Fee of TT$400, which is fully covered if you joined via Ramajay. Monthly billing is a Premium membership benefit, available to families enrolled for two or more consecutive years. For the Iere Semester, families may join MAJU only and choose not to continue into JAVA — however, this means your September spot is not held. Families who secure the full Iere Semester (MAJU + JAVA together) and choose to sit out JAVA retain their place for the following September.
How do I qualify for Premium membership?
Premium is available to families who have been consistently enrolled for 2 or more years. Premium members are fully covered across all semesters — no additional admin fees ever.
Who receives the Musikgarten® Certificate of Completion?
The official Musikgarten® Certificate of Completion is awarded to children who complete all three semesters — Parrandero, Calypso and Iere — within the year. All children completing any individual semester receive an official Certificate of Participation.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made by debit card via WiPay (TTD) or by credit card via PayPal (USD).
Are spaces really limited?
Yes — and this is intentional. Class sizes are kept small to maintain the quality, responsiveness and individual attention that defines the Alabanza experience. Some classes fill before the semester officially opens to new families.
Every stage has a critical window.
Every stage — from baby to tween — has a critical window for music, language and growth. Strategic families start early and stay consistent.
Spaces are strictly limited. Some classes are already full. Register early to secure your spot.
