PAYMENT METHODS
All convenient Online payments. No in-hand cash payments are accepted.

After submitting your order, you'll receive notification via WhatsApp/Email that your WiPay invoice with payment link was sent.
T&T CUSTOMERS
Credit Card/Debit Card payments are now charged in TTD for TT Customers.
Enter your Card info and the secure WiPay system will process your payment from your card and submit.
N.B. The WiPay Invoice from Alabanza Music will contain your Order# and Name.
An automated email goes out to your email and ours to confirm the transaction was completed.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF T&T
Your order will be charged in USD rate of exchange on our website.
All Payments to Alabanza Music via WiPay (for Classes) will be subject to an additional S/C Fee payable by the customer of 3.5% +0.25USD per transaction, on total invoice.
S/C Not applicable to our Novelty Music Gifts.

1) Your Payment must be made immediately after placing order and notification sent forthwith to maintain your booking priority.
2) Your ORDER # must be entered first then NAME of Student/ Store Customer in your Bank Transfer Note.

Use Cash to purchase a WiPay Top Up Voucher and use your voucher to make payment online to Alabanza Music for your class/products via your WiPay Payment Invoice from Alabanza Music.
N.B. During SALE/HOLIDAY periods, message to confirm product/class availability.
WiPay vouchers can be purchased nationwide at any WiPay Top Up Location. Follow link below to see locations. eg. certain Massy Stores/Pharmacies
WiPay Top-Up Voucher locations
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Purchase Voucher and retain code
2. Confirm you have the code and we'll send you an Alabanza Music WiPay Invoice
3. Select option "Pay with voucher" and enter the voucher code and submit
4. Your transaction is confirmed as completed by receipt of an automated email
To use the WiPay Top-up Voucher, there is an Add-on transaction fee of between 1.5%-2% ( TF waived for payments under $500)
Voucher purchases must be for payments between $20-$3000 in value.
